Account deletion

Delete your TowFlow account

TowFlow users can start account deletion inside the app from Settings. You can also contact support if you cannot access your account.

Delete from the app

Open TowFlow, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion is submitted.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account. Include your name, business name, and the phone number on the account.

What is deleted or deactivated

We deactivate account login, remove direct account identifiers where practical, remove sign-in identities, remove reset codes, and remove active push tokens. The account can no longer be used to access TowFlow.

What may be retained

We may retain limited business, billing, audit, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, and legal records when required or reasonably necessary. Some operational records such as invoices, proof packages, run history, and transaction records may be retained in de-identified or business-record form.

Subscriptions

Deleting your TowFlow account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel those subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account. For Stripe billing questions, contact support.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately for account access. Support requests are reviewed as soon as practical, usually within 30 days.
