Use of the service

You may use TowFlow only for lawful business operations and only if you are authorized to manage the vehicles, customers, routes, photos, invoices, and records you enter into the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Provider records

TowFlow helps organize operational records, but users remain responsible for verifying route details, pricing, invoices, customer information, proof records, and compliance with local business rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access may be billed through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by the billing provider used for the purchase.

Cancellation policy

TowFlow is a software subscription. You can cancel future renewals through the billing provider used for your subscription. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Google Play subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Stripe billing questions can be sent to support.

Refund policy

Refund requests are reviewed based on the billing provider and applicable platform rules. App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Google Play refunds are handled by Google. Stripe refund questions can be sent to support. Unless required by law or platform policy, fees already paid for active subscription periods may be non-refundable.

No physical shipping

TowFlow is a digital software product. No physical goods are sold or shipped by Apexbytelabs for TowFlow subscriptions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use TowFlow to store information you do not have the right to collect.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apexbytelabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
