This Privacy Policy explains how Apexbytelabs collects, uses, and protects information for our websites and software products, including TowFlow.
Information we collect
We may collect account information, contact details, business profile information, provider vehicle information, customer names, pickup and dropoff details, route and mileage information, photos, run notes, invoices, proof package data, expense records, billing status, support requests, device information, diagnostics, and app activity.
Location data
TowFlow may use location data to support route estimates, active run tracking, trip records, mileage calculations, and provider reminders. Location access is used to provide app functionality and is not sold.
Photos and proof records
Providers may upload or capture pickup and dropoff photos for proof packages, customer records, and operational history. Users should only upload photos they are authorized to collect and share.
Payments
Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Apexbytelabs does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may process billing details according to their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, manage provider workflows, generate invoices and proof packages, provide support, process billing, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or platform requirements.
Service providers
We may use hosting, database, payment, maps, email, SMS, analytics, storage, and error monitoring providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Apexbytelabs.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers such as hosting, database, storage, payment, messaging, maps, app store billing, analytics, and error monitoring vendors when needed to operate TowFlow. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or resolve security and support issues.
Security
We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and rely on access controls, platform security, and provider tools to protect account and business data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain business records, provide support, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You can contact us to request account help, data correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, tax, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
Account deletion
You can start account deletion inside TowFlow from Settings or use the public instructions at apexbytelabs.com/delete-account.html. We deactivate account access and remove direct account identifiers where practical. Some operational, billing, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as permitted or required.
